Ribs

Ingredients
  • Baby Back Ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder granulated
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp black pepper corns
  • 1tsp Goya adobo seasoning

Sauce

  • Saucy Susan Peach Apricot 
  • Sticky Fingers Sweet Carolina BBQ sauce
  • 4 parts Saucy Susan to 1 part Sticky Fingers
Instructions
  1. Place all dry ingredients including ribs in a pot.
  2. Add soy sauce and enough water to cover the ribs and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until meat pulls away from the bone at the tips.
  4. Take out ribs and pat dry.
  5. Coat with sauce and put on the grill until sauce caramelizes or broil in oven if no grill. Can also use a torch.
  6. Serve with rice or potato salad.
