Ribs
Ingredients
- Baby Back Ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp garlic powder granulated
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp black pepper corns
- 1tsp Goya adobo seasoning
Sauce
- Saucy Susan Peach Apricot
- Sticky Fingers Sweet Carolina BBQ sauce
- 4 parts Saucy Susan to 1 part Sticky Fingers
Instructions
- Place all dry ingredients including ribs in a pot.
- Add soy sauce and enough water to cover the ribs and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until meat pulls away from the bone at the tips.
- Take out ribs and pat dry.
- Coat with sauce and put on the grill until sauce caramelizes or broil in oven if no grill. Can also use a torch.
- Serve with rice or potato salad.
