Beef w/ Onions
Ingredients
- Thin cut beef slices - sirloin cap
- Medium onion - sliced
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate beef in teriyaki sauce with black pepper for at least one hour
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter and oilÂ
- Add beef and cook to desired doneness
- Serve with white rice
