Beef w/ Onions


Ingredients
  • Thin cut beef slices - sirloin cap
  • Medium onion - sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Marinate beef in teriyaki sauce with black pepper for at least one hour
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in butter and oil 
  3. Add beef and cook to desired doneness
  4. Serve with white rice
