Grilled Chicken - Dry Rub


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Granulated garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Goya Adobo Seasonings or Badia Complete
  • Avocado Oil
  • Cumin or Paprika
Instructions
  1. Pound/Flatten chicken to equal thickness
  2. Coat with oil and seasoning and let stand for at least 30 minutes
  3. Heat grill/griddle to medium high heat
  4. Cook chicken to internal temp of 160 degrees F and let rest for 5 minutes - use a meat thermometer
