Grilled Chicken - Dry Rub
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- Granulated garlic powder
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- Goya Adobo Seasonings or Badia Complete
- Avocado Oil
- Cumin or Paprika
Instructions
- Pound/Flatten chicken to equal thickness
- Coat with oil and seasoning and let stand for at least 30 minutes
- Heat grill/griddle to medium high heat
- Cook chicken to internal temp of 160 degrees F and let rest for 5 minutes - use a meat thermometer
