BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken breast or thigh - cubed or flattened
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato catsup
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 small onion
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper - if no garlic powder use cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Place chicken in gallon freezer bag
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend
- Pour into bag with chicken and let marinate for at least one hour. Overnight is better
- Grill to internal temperature of 160 degrees F and let rest for 5 minutes before eating - use a meat thermometer
