BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

• InsertBoneless ingredientsChicken here,breast enter/returnor forthigh next- ingredientcubed lineor flattened
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp tomato catsup
• 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 small onion
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper - if no garlic powder use cloves of fresh garlic
• 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

1. InsertPlace instructionschicken here,in enter/returngallon freezer bag
2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend
3. Pour into bag with chicken and let marinate for nextat lineleast one hour.  Overnight is better
4. Grill to internal temperature of 160 degrees F and let rest for 5 minutes before eating

MAKE SURE TO ADD TAGS USING THE BAR TO THE RIGHT
