Andrew's World Famous Golden Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Two Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Tablespoon of Milk
  • Butter

Steps

  1. Crack both eggs into a bowl
  2. Whisk the eggs so the yolk gets mixed with the whites
  3. Pour the milk into the bowl
  4. Whisk and aerate the eggs so there are plenty of bubbles
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika into the whisked eggs
  6. Melt butter onto a frying pan with medium to low heat
  7. Once the butter is fully melted and the whisked eggs of plenty of bubbles, pour the eggs into the pan
  8. Let the eggs sit in the pan as they cook, flip when the bottom of the eggs solidified
  9. Continuing flipping until each side is a golden brown
  10. Use the spatula to cut up the eggs into a scrambled look
  11. Serve with Cholula hot sauce for the optimal experience
