Andrew's World Famous Golden Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- Two Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Tablespoon of Milk
- Butter
Steps
- Crack both eggs into a bowl
- Whisk the eggs so the yolk gets mixed with the whites
- Pour the milk into the bowl
- Whisk and aerate the eggs so there are plenty of bubbles
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika into the whisked eggs
- Melt butter onto a frying pan with medium to low heat
- Once the butter is fully melted and the whisked eggs of plenty of bubbles, pour the eggs into the pan
- Let the eggs sit in the pan as they cook, flip when the bottom of the eggs solidified
- Continuing flipping until each side is a golden brown
- Use the spatula to cut up the eggs into a scrambled look
- Serve with Cholula hot sauce for the optimal experience
